Two self-banned posters have told me that they want to be unbanned but aren't quite sure how to get it done?

both gbx and plax[ico] have told me that they have been trying to get unbanned to no avail. Can they just be unbanned right now or do they themselves have to contact someone directly, and if so what is the easiest way to do all this?

First, they need to fill out the Unban Request Form and send a signed copy to each site moderator. We will then schedule a review panel, at which time they will have 20 minutes to present their petition for why they should be unbanned. This will be followed by a 40 minute Q&A session on a random topic chosen from the ILX Moderator Top Hat. Afterwards, we will tally the number of points and post them to Facebook.

Alternately they could just start posting again because I unbanned them.
