How do i make a new board?

There seems to be enough support/interest for an "I Love Games" board, but the "create new board" functionality seems to be disabled.

start a thread "Who up in this bitch wants an I Love Games" board petitioning for one. say why anyone would post there rather than elsewhere, and what sort of threads you expect. do you want "games" to mean any games in general or some specific genres. etc. let the mods see who responds
