sorry, besides being pretty impractical from a labor point of view, the rule on removing things that you yourself have posted is pretty strict--if you don't want it out there, you shouldn't have done it in the first place. This applies to not only the content of the post but also matters of identity/identification--don't use your real name or whatever on ILX unless you're comfortable with people from real life finding you that way. (If someone else reveals your name/identifying details that you've kept private, though, you can ask for that information to be deleted.)

If it's any comfort, your email address should not be googleable though, as it appears truncated to search engines and people who are logged out.
