I can't start a thread on ILE for some reason

i'm trying to start an ile thread and it's giving me an error. can someone tell me why?

is there something about that that is obviously wrong, or is something up with new q's right now, or what

apparently it's the fact that you have two colons

also, don't use the ':' character twice

yeah, I tried creating that thread as NASDAQ-TASR and didn't get the error
