Just FYI, it seems that loading that Javascript periodically breaks going to the end of a recently read thread upon opening when using Firefox

Sorry, missed this thread -- yeah, I put this in a week or two ago. The idea is that it adds our Amazon affiliate code to any amazon links, which gives us a percentage of any money spent on Amazon via links from the site.
My hope was it would put a dint in our booming bandwidth bill, but it may not be worth the hassle, tbh. Will give it a month and see what the results are like.
I'll also put up a page somewhere disclosing this. Maybe even the FAQ if I can find it.
