FYI: Weird search thing I ran into today

Ran a search for a term. Got the search results successfully, list of related threads. Clicked on several of them, but each time I got a message that said "Message not found." As a test, I replaced the "wh3rd" in the URL for one of the threads I was trying to open with "p3r," and that made it work (once I logged in again). It's probably just another weird thing with the different domain names, but thought I'd mention it in case anyone wants to take a look at it.

an example would help. when i try a random search and click on the resulting wh3rd URL i get the thread ok.

it may be possible to find messages in threads that have been deleted. actually not sure about that.

I'm sorry, I was searching for threads, not for messages. I searched for "craigslist," it pulled up a list of related threads, and every thread I tried to open came back with the "Message not found" error message. I don't really know how to give a more specific example, sorry. It might have just been a weird one-time quirk.
