my bookmarks don't work

have logged out/logged in, both on computer and on Zing, but my bookmarks don't work

What are the symptoms

it's fixed now! before I just wouldn't have bookmarks, would bookmark but nothing would shop up in my bookmarks page. I relogged in from Zing once and it fixed it for a day and then it didn't work.

but I think some based mod saw this and changed something cuz now it seems like it works again

I just tried to bookmark the 'whats happening to our borad' thread and it didn't work

I worked really hard to be able to bookmark the NBA thread I don't want to lose it all

hello! i recently changed to a new phone and now my bookmarks using ilx on the phone browser are not syncing with my bookmarks on my computer, i.e. if i add or remove a bookmark using my phone the change is not reflected on my computer and vice versa. how can i remedy this? i am sure i am being dumb in some wise but i don't know exactly how.

pls...someone...anyone

What's the phone? We seem to see this with certain Androids, and I'm not sure why. I wonder if there is cookie oddness.

hi a couple of bookmark questions:

- i added a bookmark on laptop but this hasn't synced to zing touch
- i 'm trying to add bookmarks from an old ilx account to a new account that has around 10 bookmarks only. however when i'm logged in on the laptop to the new account and i click on 'bookmarks' it shows me all my bookmarks on the old and new accounts, is there any way to sync all those to the new account?

You're definitely using the same account on both?

Can you go to HTML Playground, post on and bookmark these threads, one for laptop the other from Zing?

I've a different bug: on iOS, Chrome's own search function (find in page) greys out when I'm on my bookmarks page. For some reason it appears to think http://ilxor.com/ILX/BookmarksControllerServlet isn't a searchable page.

I can't seem to bookmark anything anymore. I see upthread that there is an option to delete all bookmarks and start over, but I really don't want to have to do that unless necessary. Any other tricks anyone knows? Bookmarks have worked fine for years, seems to have stopped sometime in the last week. What's weird is if I already bookmarked a thread, I *can* continue to update the thread with a new bookmark - I just can't establish a new bookmark on a new thread.

OK, last update and I'll stop for awhile. I noticed that the only thread I cannot bookmark is the "ILM Albums of 2016" thread, but I can make bookmarks on all of the other threads I've tested. That is odd. I've tried across multiple laptops and browsers, nothing will work for that thread. I even deleted a ton of old bookmarks, but that didn't work either.

Yes. Happens to some people with the Android app as well. (Never happened to me with Zing or Flagging, though.)
