Hi there - I've just registered on this lovely board and I tried to alter my email address in the settings so I wouldn't get spammed, and I think I have messed up the email address that was there and broken everything. Which is a bit annoying. Is there any way I can sort things out and use this user name?
Perhaps you could just delete the Vaneigem user and I'll re-register?

sorry, no.

you'll have to make a new account, and this time please take note of the bit that says

"NOTE: Changing your email address(es) will cause your password to be reset and mailed to the new address (or private address if specified). Don't fuck this up!"

by the setting for email address :-(

The registered user database has many accounts that have never-existant e-mail addresses, stuck like sheep entangled in the barbed wire fences.
