This is getting very old.

actually, blount...

Dr. Morbius is:

- dragging fights from other boards onto ILE;
- threatening other ILE posters with violence;
- egregiously insulting still other ILE posters, many of whom were just trying to figure out what the fuck he was thinking in the first place.

Can we ban this odious little fucker now?

But I'll have nobody to complain to me when I talk about going to see King Kong! How will I live!

Ned Raggett (Ned), Tuesday, 29 November 2005 21:13 (twenty years ago)

I was just going to come here and ask that he be banned since he lives near me and is threatening me!

This is silly.

howell huser (chaki), Tuesday, 29 November 2005 21:32 (twenty years ago)

I think stence should broker a sitdown.

k/l (Ken L), Tuesday, 29 November 2005 22:24 (twenty years ago)

i went to modreq to mention this in the 60s poll thread:
And also, juveniles like that will be voting.

Yes, Blount has 10-12 films I'd likely choose too. He's still a wad.

älänbänänä (alanbanana), Tuesday, 29 November 2005 23:09 (twenty years ago)

ok I just got up from a nap and saw this and am going to try to read that huge thread now.

Alan, what board/thread is that and what do you want done?

teeny (teeny), Tuesday, 29 November 2005 23:27 (twenty years ago)

It's ILE, 60s poll 3 days left, I don't care what's done because it kind of pales to what else morbs has been doing. I agree with "Can we ban this odious little fucker now?"

älänbänänä (alanbanana), Tuesday, 29 November 2005 23:38 (twenty years ago)

I'm with N/A.

Allyzay must fight Zolton herself. (allyzay), Tuesday, 29 November 2005 23:53 (twenty years ago)

i actually don't think he should be banned!

gear (gear), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 00:00 (twenty years ago)

he's just a snarky jerk who can be easily ignored!

gear (gear), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 00:02 (twenty years ago)

yeah maybe I'm missing perspective since I never read the film threads but this all seems a little random and harmless.

teeny (teeny), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 00:26 (twenty years ago)

I behaved worse on the early film poll threads and did not get banned.

Eric H. (Eric H.), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 00:38 (twenty years ago)

But, then, I didn't troll on other threads. I do not even know what is this noize board you speak of.

Eric H. (Eric H.), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 00:39 (twenty years ago)

I'm with gear.

Allyzay must fight Zolton herself. (allyzay), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 00:46 (twenty years ago)

Truth be told, I'm with Gear too; I'd just rather not have to actively avoid all film threads because I know he's going to be there.

Dan (My Pull Is Measured In Microns) Perry (Dan Perry), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 00:55 (twenty years ago)

There are plenty of threads I have to actively avoid because of the annoying jerks that post on them, though.

Lars and Jagger (Ex Leon), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 03:14 (twenty years ago)

i've always wondered if there was a difference between active avoidance and passive avoidance

jim p. irrelevant (electricsound), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 03:19 (twenty years ago)

There is for me Jim, there's threads I'll read knowing something might annoy me, I just don't reply, I'd rather keep out of stoushes. I actively avoid whole threads too but don't we all?

Trayce (trayce), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 08:11 (twenty years ago)

this is a clear case of a bit of fun

Theorry Henry (Enrique), Wednesday, 30 November 2005 11:48 (twenty years ago)

've always wondered if there was a difference between active avoidance and passive avoidance

Of course there is. Passive avoidance is when you don't click on a thread because you're not interested in it. Active avoidance is when you don't click on a thread because you can tell from the title or the poster that it is going to wind you up.

Anyway, it's almost as confusing as wandering into a Marissa thread by mistake, but with more flashing gifs.

Shouldn't this thread have been bumped by blount or Dan yet?

j blount (papa la bas), Thursday, 30 March 2006 19:16 (nineteen years ago)

Could you take care of shutting ILF down too while you're at it?

Eric H. (Eric H.), Thursday, 30 March 2006 19:17 (nineteen years ago)

that was taken care of a long time ago

j blount (papa la bas), Thursday, 30 March 2006 19:20 (nineteen years ago)

Haha... If I excelsiored, etc.
