how come i can't change my settings?

when i try to change my settings it sez 'email address already taken'. i am not trying to change my email address or login, merely my settings. what up?

There are two registered users "James Blount" and "papa la bas" both using the same gmail address. ilx accounts have been tightened up so that one account = one address.

In this case I can ask you if you would like one or other account deactivated - i will do that by just changing yr e-mail address on the other account

and you're not the only one. there are a small number of people with dupe accounts tied to the same gmail. i will contact them by e-mail to tell em what's what

yeah i'm papa la bas, i'm thinking maybe i tried to change the email on my old username "james blount" last winter when it was freaking on resets.

ok, so all you have to do is change the e-mail on the account you want to abandon, then all will be well. or i can do that for you, if you tell me which account you want to lose
