Gotham Central: Recharge!

Since they'll inevitably bring Jim Gordon back into the fold (the true purpose of Infinite Crisis???), what will happen to Commissioner Akins? I think that after Gotham Central: Rebirth--in which Jim Gordon discovers that he hadn't really grown old and weary after 65 years of service, he was just infected by the cosmic embodiment of aging: Fogeyllax, and having conquered such, resumes his rightful place at the top of Gotham's Finest--we should have Gotham Central: Recharge, wherein deposed Commissioner Akins is called before the Gotham City Police Review Panel and treated with great reverences as "The Torch-Bearer", and then teamed up with the delightfully sassy ex-GCPD Harvey Bullock to save the Universe.
But before Akins and Bullock venture into deep space, Bullock moons Batman.
