WE NEED JUDGE DREDD

In this month's Megazine, there's a free poster prog which seems to have been cooked up in a shameless attempt to promote a duff Emo band called 'Funeral For A Friend'. However, it reveals that the Judges have outlawed Thrash, Speed Metal, Industrial, Grunge, Emo and Hardcore, but ESPECIALLY Emo as Funeral For A Friend must sneak in with the mutants to do a free concert and then teleport unaccountably away. How did they live for over 100 years? And how come they're still famous despite only having released one album in that entire period? Ask no questions, earthlet, merely go and get a FFAF album at the reasonable price of 200 creds or 'too much' in earth money.

Anyway, the point is that we need Judge Dredd here, now, to punish Funeral For A Friend and their ilk with long stretches in the cubes. And replace their music with Meg classics like 'Who Put The Boop In My Zigga Zagga Zing?'

This news saddens and disgusts me. However I am very keen that the judges have outlawed Emo.

I liked that Pug Ugly band. They weren't Emo.

i like it when bands appear in comics tho. Prince appeared in a Zenith story in 2000AD once - not with his actual consent tho i suspect.

Wasn't that Tyranny Rex?
