I like the Disney-esque art! But I also had trouble following the story, esp. when the Snowman knocks on the roof of the house. Is it all a dream?

it's supposed to be silent and it is a dream- the story is meandering but do you have any suggestions to make it better? (I hope finishing it will make it better... the knocking on the roof part is also the most crappiest drawn part, those are just little thumbnails.)

Some of the meandering -- losing the hat, rolling down the cliff, bumping into the weasel(?) -- have a whimsicial quality and enough detail that continuity is no problem. Good stuff. But when it gets sketchier, the story loses coherence.

What's the whole story? Snowman has a mission -- to deliver a letter? And is he supposed to become really big?

yeah he has to deliver a letter and he's supposed to take it to that house. The cliff is unexpected and so is turning huge and meeting the weasel, but that helps him get to the house. Then he disappears in the snow and wakes up in bed from dreaming it all. He gets dressed, goes out to see the sunrise, and there are a few other snowmen in the distance coming to meet him (why- I just put them in there because it's kind of a lonely story.)
