That's okay - I picked SHADE because it was such an unlikely choice for a comic-to-film adaptation.

ALSO: Yes, any Hitchcock/Spirit adaptation in the late 40s would indeed have to take Cary Grant in the lead role as a given.

ALSO: My choice for Charlie Kaufman as the scribe of my SHADE movie, 100%, was partly because I think he nailed Lenny so well w/ Maxine in BEING JOHN MALKOVICH. Keener's a few years too old for Lenny now, of course...
