Fantastic Four/Iron Man: Big In Japan

Just came out in trade paperback, and it's wonderful. Written by Zeb Wells, who does a decent job and throws out some nicely silly ideas, but drawn by the late Seth Fisher (Green Lantern: Willworld), and an absolute EYEGASM to look at. If you have a visual cortex (or even part of one) you need to read this.

I'd like to read that. Is that the final thing Seth Fisher completed before he died?

Cool, I've been waiting for this.

Dittos. How much?

The last issue came out a few months before Fisher died, but I have no clue if he was working on anything up until then.

Seconded on the recommendation. Get the trade. The singles are filled with...advertising. Bleah.

This book is delicious. lol @ the panel where Fisher notes that it should be colored red on white to create a Japanese flag backdrop and then in the actual book there's some lame gradient in the white part.

Seth Fisher is dead? Bummer.

Actually, it came out the week after Seth died - the poignancy quotient is upped dramatically when you see that the last panel of the book has Seth waving goodbye to the reader.

Geez, was it really that very week? I think my irony meter just exploded.

I wouldn't have thought it possible for what happened to Charlie Brown and Charles Schulz to occur twice.

Isn't it sort of up in the air whether or not it was a suicide?

Didn't mean to imply suicide - I just felt the synchronicity was worth commenting on (they're all saying goodbye in the last panel).
