The list is up...

For me:
52 WEEK 45--who will Black Adam dismember this week? BIG FUN!! Or something.
CIVIL WAR: THE CONFESSION--more Bendis/Maleev BIG FUN!! Or something.
IRREDEEMABLE ANT-MAN #6--the most BIG FUN!! superhero series that nobody is reading
NEW AVENGERS #28--they have cloned Bendis and chained them all to a bank of computers
2000 AD PROG 1526--the 30th anniversary issue = time for me to check in again

Really at this point it's all about DEATH NOTE for me.

only 52, Green Lantern Corps, and Ant-Man, which is a relief; I've plunked down thirty bucks or more each of the last three weeks.

M.V., Monday, 12 March 2007 19:38 (eighteen years ago)

BTW, in the NOT BIG TWO OR DARK HORSE arena, I would like to praise Wormwood: Gentlemen Corpse, especially if you ever found yourself thinking, "gee, Ben Templesmith is cool, but I wish he was doing a silly, profane little monster book w/ zombie leprechauns and Cthulhu ripoffs." It is on the pricey side (being an IDW book & all), but it's probably worth a peek.

David R., Monday, 12 March 2007 19:44 (eighteen years ago)

Buffy (yay!!!!), 52, Wonder Woman, New Avengers, Thunderbolts.

Um, is that Franklin Richards: March Madness about college basketball? Please say that it is.

Mr. Perpetua, Monday, 12 March 2007 20:26 (eighteen years ago)

The cover features FR getting eaten by basketballs, so there might be something inside about it. Or it's just more cute & whimsical adventures w/ Franklin & H.E.R.B.I.E.

FREEDON NADD UPRISING

This is a horrible sounding phrase.

52, Supes, and Ant Man, which I've finally decided I like enough to buy rather than freebie-ize.

Chuck_Tatum, Tuesday, 13 March 2007 02:23 (eighteen years ago)

Guys, completely against expectation Stormwatch 1-4 have been totally, utterly awesome! I hope 5 continues the trend.

HI DERE, Tuesday, 13 March 2007 17:50 (eighteen years ago)

?????
Superman is really letting me down lately.

Dr. Superman, Friday, 16 March 2007 07:41 (eighteen years ago)

I've dropped both Superman and Action. They were two of my four or five favorite books just six months ago.

The Authority #2 was in my stack, even though I dropped it; that's fine, though, 'cuz it was far, far better than either the first issue or that other Morrison Wildstorm book from last Fall. Hopefully the third issue will come out some time before we all drown and/or get blowed up.

Garrett Martin, Friday, 16 March 2007 13:46 (eighteen years ago)

Response to Buffy? zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

J, Friday, 16 March 2007 17:39 (eighteen years ago)

Hopefully the third issue will come out some time before we all drown and/or get blowed up.

Hiatus.

energy flash gordon, Friday, 16 March 2007 22:14 (eighteen years ago)
