I must admit that from the sound of the press release that I am disappointed that they'll only use movie costumes, not comic art. Understandable, given the sponsorship, though.

It's trying to kill two sacred cows at one time, mashup-style.
Always looks like pop-deconstructivism to me, which is good for a laugh.
Lichtenstein did it yrs ago and pissed ppl off too.
