In a rare case, the more people sign this online petition, the more likely it is that there will be more Seaguy.

Strange but true.

Only 458, people! Sign it!

Cameron Stewart is super-terrific. Yeah, duh, I know, but still, doesn't hurt to say it multiple times.

I'm #458, I think. Or 456 or something...

They published Breach.

For 11 issues.

They can publish 3 more of Seaguy, damn it.

I'm sure I'd agree vehemently if I knew what "Breach" was. In my defence, having read the earlier thread, I didn't even know about "Seaguy" till the trade came out, kinda wish I'd bought the issues.

I didn't really care for Seaguy.

Cam3ron St3wart told me he has Grant's script/plot for the sequel, but it's very unlikely to happen unless the trade starts to sell. He's also committed to another Vertigo book for a while.

CS was of the opinion that Grant deserved it, at least as some kind of bone-throw for everything else Grant's done for DC, but the general gist was, the DC management are mean.

Yes, it's almost as if they are running a business rather than uh

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Thursday, 26 January 2006 13:49 (twenty years ago)

Well, ya know what I mean. It would have been a "Christmas-Bonus"-type thing. And surely it won't sell any worse than "The Exterminators."

Chuck_Tatum (Chuck_Tatum), Thursday, 26 January 2006 14:24 (twenty years ago)

It might happen eventually, but probably as a result of GM's DC work making him more and more of a 'name', and fans going after the back catalogue. But by now it's probably consigned to the 'ambitious failure' bin.

Seaguy would make a great 2000 AD strip.
