Low brow scatalogical humour vs Low brow somewhat less scatalogical humour... who's the best?

Can I vote for Ivan Brunetti instead?

Yeah, ok. I forgot about Ivan for some reason.

Definitely Ivan, then -- because he's a pathological pervert and "Haw" is cosmically wrong. Plus, he has improved dramatically as a draftsman in the last few years. Angry Youth Comix is ok, but Johnny Ryan has always seemed like he's stealing moves from the Pete Bagge fakebook. And Sam Henderson has never really done it for me, though I'll admit that he's a reasonably good gag artist.

three weeks pass...
I laugh out loud at both of these guys' books when I look at them in the store, am thus prompted to buy them, and find them much less funny once I get them home. Johnny's comics leave me with a similar feeling as pornography, and I always give them away. I've still got all my Magic Whistles, and I've written fan mail to Sam, too. So I guess I vote for Sam.
Ivan Brunetti's okay, but his stuff that's been in the Chicago Reader recently tends more toward the glorification of depression than the outrageous stuff he's best known for. Maybe that's um, 'growth' or something..
