Blah. A few nice moments, but let's have a little goddamn plot advancement, huh? I'm getting bored.

also greatest moment in history of comics maybe -

(green arrow narrating)

"To my surprise, he's not staring at her rack. He's smart. He knows the real action is what's about twelve inches lower."

batman finally pops up, as does hal jordan. superman's worried about his parents though maybe/supposedly he should be worried about lois (big omg cliffhanger: lois gets a note saying "I KNOW WHO YOUR HUSBAND IS. YOU'RE NEXT." (yeeeah right). some funny moments, i'm digging this.

Geez, she just got shot in Adv. of Supes; give her a break, folx! (& Blount, let us not mislead folks into thinking that the focus of the panel was her buns of Amazonia & not actually her super-duper Lasso of Truth, you saucy perv.)

I thought this was the best issue of the bunch, and I don't mind the lack of actual plot per se as I enjoy having the screws tightened. & all the li'l character bits (cf. the super-villains playing RISK!) Capt. Boomerang getting back together w/ his estranged son was so heartwarming, too! I was also appreciative of the plug for the upcoming HAL JORDAN RETURNS event:

GA (paraphrased): So when you coming back?
GL (paraphrased): Wha?
GA: C'mon - you know you're coming back, dood; everyone does. Spill the beans.
GL (knowing smile): I'm working on it.

But the Capt. Boomerang thing was just so that the son can get killed next issue.

I, especially, liked the Ollie/Hal scene, especially when they make fun of each other's fashion sense.
