6. 2000 AD - There was a Judge Dredd story which chronicled a raid on the headquarters of an illegal comic dealing ring. It ended with a load of judges standing round reading the very prog in which the story appeared, and one of them says, "Drokk! No wonder this was banned! It's more thrillpower than a citizen can take!"

The judge didn't seem at all freaked out by the fact he was reading about himself saying those words, but then judges are made of stern stuff.
