First off that costume is a definite bullseye. I mean...it literally screams out "Kick Me In The Cash & Prizes!"

Let the word ring out that we need a revamp of Judomaster, stat, whose costume is perpetually followed around by sound fx that read KICK ME IN THE CASH & PRIZES (haven't you always wanted to see a big clangy sound fx font-ed ampersand?) instead of KRAKATOOOOM! Actually, that could be his only power. He doesn't even know Judo. He just freaks you out with the screaming masochist costume. His name's not even Judomaster! He's a leatherboy Latino submissive from the JLA Denver days whose catch phrase is "Joo da MASTER, man!" and he runs around trying to get villains to kick him in the cash & prizes.
