That is, I'd love to discuss it, but I didn't snag a copy of #1, and the only things out there are the VARIANT covers, which are priced somewhere between $12.00 and $25.00, which is ??!?!?!

Has anyone read this thing? Does anyone have any interest in this thing? Does anyone know of a place where one can get w/ this thing & w/out paying one billion pazoozas for the privilege?

The first issue is standard "Everett K Ross explains who the Black Panther is, and what Wakanda is, to a bunch of West Wing type feds in a room, and hence to the reader" stuff, but it's a well-done intro that fits Priest's run just fine. Ross seemed not-quite-how-Priest-wrote-him, but that's a tough call since he was mostly just an expositor and he grew a lot over Priest's run (the last year or so of which I missed for lack of money).

So, so far it's off to a good start and it's clear that Hudlin has every intention of building off of Priest instead of going with some unnecessary radical new take.

Best Black Panther graphic novels? The entire Priest and Huddlin runs or individual collected arcs?
