So far, charming. Not necessarily up to the standard of the first series, natch, but manages enough cleverness to be worthwhile.

There's a lovely SWAMP THING easter egg in the last issue.

BILLY BATSON AND THE MAGIC OF SHAZAM #3--why don't they just call this a quarterly?
NEW AVENGERS #48--although if this one is just a puffed-up clip show like the last MIGHTY AVENGERS I might just give up on the whole thing
PATSY WALKER HELLCAT #4--what a fabulous little series--earlier today I was telling a friend that, while I wouldn't want every superhero comic to be like this, I would happily buy this one biweekly for as long as Marvel felt like keeping it going...

Just TOP TEN from the comic shop, but Amazon emailed to say they’ve shipped my Kramer’s. Annoyingly, if they’d charged me when I ordered, it would have cost $85 – this week it’s costing $124. OUCH.

BATMAN #683- Hopefully the next Final Crisis will ship soon, so I can read what comes next.
DAREDEVIL #114- I'm almost caught up on Brubaker's run, so I will probably be up to date in a month or two.

Stuff I eventually will check out...most likely as a back issue.
MISTER X CONDEMNED #1- I'd really like to re-read the 80s series. It was way different than anything else out there at the time. Too bad that the Hernandez brothers got ripped off and didn't continue on, but I remember really liking this comic. It was way ahead for its style.
PUNISHER WAR ZONE #3 (OF 6)- I can't drop 4 bucks an issue, even though I want to read this one. I'll wait a couple of months and buy them at half price as a back issue.
THOR #12- I got and read the first 8 issues of the new Thor series, it was pretty good. Probably some day down the line I will find a good deal and check out some more.
