It'll only be for 15-20 minutes, so can't get terribly deep with him. I've been told to try to be breezy and fun. I am neither of these things. Also, I think the Sand Man is overrated.

Ask him about his ubiquitous book-cover blurbs. You can barely walk down a bookstore aisle without hyperbolic praise attributed to him screaming at you from this novel or that novel. A good follow-up question might be how much of his soul dies every time he cashes the blurb checks.
