GLAMOURPUSS #6--I'm so glad there are a few thousand people who are buying this too
SUPERMEN! THE FIRST WAVE OF HEROES 1939-1941--actually I reviewed this already, but it's really entertaining

and I will probably look at Flash Rebirth and... think about it.

i went to the comic book store over the weekend after a months-long hiatus, but i only had four issues of fables, one criminal, and two incognitos. i should have waited one more week for seaguy!

Also want to get the second ALL-STAR SUPERMAN collection and re-read the whole thing.

I have been enjoying this, but the last issue I read left me thinking "You know what, I get the idea.[/i] so I thought maybe I would give up on it. That said, when it's on form the Glamourpuss v. Skanko stuff is pretty funny, and the olde comics stuff informative.

What's Greatest Hits again? It's not that Vertigo title about Oasis, is it?

Yes! It's surprisingly fun inna classic 90s Vertigo stylee, and while the art's no Bricktop, it's nice seeing Fabry draw again.

mmmm, I feared going near that one.

I'm really jaded with comics these days, it seems like the floppies are nearly all rubbish right now.

So.... Flash: Rebirth...ahhh...hmmm...GUILTY? OR NOT GUILTY?

I managed somehow to avoid it. It took all of my strength, I tell you.

Seaguy rules and a half. What a great little comic.

Seaguy: great.

Flash? Umm. Does the DCU really need another stolid Scott Bakula type hero, drawn like a guy who'd beat me up at high school? Also, some violence, because it's what the Watchmenkids like.

I'm pretending that the dystopian Seaguy universe is, in fact, what the world looked like for normal people during those moments that evil won in Final Crisis and Darkseid took over.

Also, I'm simultaneously pretending that it is a new sequence from Inland Empire.
