Wow. I think there... might not be _anything_ I want to read this week.

(Well, there's the Showcase Doom Patrol. But I already have all those stories.)

Thin week, but there's stuff.

GREEN LANTERN #39
SWORD #16
WONDERFUL WIZARD OF OZ #5
Also, I pray to the comic book gods that I can resist buying EXILES #1. I'd like to not get burnt three times by the same series - just with different names...

BATMAN BATTLE FOR THE COWL #2 pretending this matters
EXILES #1 joy in repetition
TIMESTORM 2009 2099 #1 I like to revisit failure

DO NOT BUY EXILES, M.V.
RESIST

(EXILES: RESIST #1)

BATMAN BATTLE FOR THE COWL #2 (OF 3)- eh, in for a penny in for a pound.
BATMAN CONFIDENTIAL #28 - This is the final issue of a nice 3 part old style Batman story with some really nice Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez and Kevin Nowland artwork.
NORTHLANDERS #16- I'm caught up on this title and have added it to my sub list.
SECRET SIX #8- This book is pretty fun.
WARLORD #1- Mike Grell does not appear to be too popular these days, but I read and really liked Warlord, Jon Sable and his Green Arrow. I figure this comic is being put out aimed at me. I think they would have been smart getting a telephone book of the original book a bit before trying to start a new title, but what do I know.
DOKTOR SLEEPLESS #12 - I think this might be the first issue to ship in 09. It seems to come out a couple of issues then vanish for about three or four months.

Hey, has anyone read "Delphine"? -- I've seen it repped by a few intereting people (well, Junot Diaz), and it looks curious. But is it, good?

Chuck_Tatum, Wednesday, 8 April 2009 17:58 (fifteen years ago) link

might pick up Exiles eventually, 'cuz Parker does good stuff. otherwise, nothin'.

I was just giving someone else a chance! Who knew you guys were so apathetic?

Is Delphine the new Richard Sala book?
