A solid list, with a few curious omissions...
Delighted to see Laura Park nominated: she's one of the most talented newcomers I've seen in the last few years. And that Kevin Huizenga story is unbelievably good.
Why All Star Superman is "continuing" rather than "limited" I have no idea.
Someday I will read Usagi Yojimbo.
Omega the Unknown was better than anybody seemed to realize. Reads best in a single volume, but I loved it.
Skim = really really good, and I know a couple of people who were STRONGLY affected by it.
Anthology is an exceptionally strong category this year, but I hope KE7 wins.
At least Dash Shaw got nominated for Bodyworld! Nice to see Finder in the digital category too.
Does "What It Is" really count as "reality-based"?
"Breakdowns" is a beautiful object. "Elektra Omnibus" is mostly useful because it's got some great material that had inexplicably gone out of print. Nice to see Herbie getting props.
The "writer" category seems to be heavy on the perversity & backlash, although I'm happy to see Mariko Tamaki in there.

I seem to remember hearing at one point that All-Star Superman was going to be continued as an imprint for other A-List creators to play with Superman outside of continuity. It would be a shame if they do that, but I thought that was the initial plan, so might be why it got nominated as "ongoing."
You really do need ot read Usagi; I only started last year because I found a few of the old Fantagraphics trades used, but am quickly picking up the rest. Alaways loved the art, but the story is just as good.
