No, it's just the one volume - I think the book was on a bi-monthly schedule at its best, & Lapham was self-publishing. And there was the Murder Me Dead thing. And he had a kid somewhere in there, too. Given all the work he's doing on the book, I don't blame him for not trying to stick to a monthly schedule. Look what it did to |)av3 $!m (and he had help, too)!
