Air, Captain America, and possibly Final Crisis Aftermath: Dance (I really kind of hope Super Young Team makes it into the mainstream)

For me:
FINAL CRISIS AFTERMATH: DANCE #1--Because I can't resist the title. And like the characters.X-MEN FOREVER ALPHA #1--Because I never read these the first time around and am five bucks' worth of curious.OISHINBO VOL. 3 RAMEN & GYOZA--Because I am obsessive about cooking.

Cap #50, maybe that FCA:D thing (The big smile when you abbreviate it makes it even more tempting). Think I might pick up the first Charley's War book too - I've meant to read that for a long time.

X-Men Forever is going to be the most disappointing thing ever, but I'm still really excited about it.
And in one sentence, I've summed up the masochism of mainstream comics fandom.

I'd lie and say nothing, but the sad truth is probably UNCANNY X-MEN #510

LATER TODAY (OR MAYBE TOMORROW, WHATWITH THE UNSTABILITY THAT SEEMS TO COMPRISE ALL MY RECENT DAYS):
UNCANNY X-MEN #510 - No great shakes, but there's always a few lovely moments of personality that seem to bring me back every month.AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #594 - Cuz Waid's alright.FINAL CRISIS AFTERMATH: DANCE #1: I suspect I'm buying this. If it was "DANCE!" instead of "DANCE" my purchase would be a guarantee. Any title with the word "dance" in the title, whether it be comic or other medium, demands an exclamation point.

AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #594- This has been a pretty fun read. The current Waid storyline is pretty fun and a classic back and forth between JJJ and Spidey. It is next on the docket, so it will be interesting to see how the whole Osborn thing plays out. CAPTAIN AMERICA #50- Not exactly sure where this going next. Bucky Cap was just starting to get busy doing some other stuff, so I hope the book just doesn't hit pause waiting for this big series Brubaker has coming up.BATMAN BATTLE FOR THE COWL #3- I'm slowly giving up the ghost on DC comics. Other than Secret Six, I'm pretty unimpressed with everything they got going on. It's OK, if DC won't make super hero action I want, I'll just join the zombies on the other side of the fence.

I think I'm with earlnash: except (I hope) for Morrison/Quitely's upcoming Batman book, it's more fun reading Marc-Olivier Frisch's columns about DC's sales than it is reading any of their actual books.

F'real. I hope Rucka is better on 'Tec than he's been on Action.

I don't think Alan Moore could make that Action comic setup work.
