Batman's dark counterpart has the worst costume in the world.

At one time I had a grate Batman/Superman idea involving Supes becoming the all-new Anti-Batman in a suit of kryptonite spandex that turned him evil. He'd create a Batman Revenge Squad made up of this guy and all the other people who were like Batman reflected in a dark mirror. People like Killer Moth.

And he even got his own SPECIAL! (that is to say, the Wrath made his one and only appearance in Batman Special #1)
It's in the otherwise pretty cool Batman in the Eighties collection, and it takes up a lot of room that could have been given to some Norm Breyfogle art.

What I don't get about Killer Moth, is that nowadays he's played as a bit of a joke. See the excellent Robin: Year One. But, um, of all the ERs in Batman's Rogues Gallery (Joker, Riddler, Ventriloquister, Word Jumbler, etc), his is the only one that's actually BAD. He's a fucking Killer! In a cool art-deco green helmet!

Trivia time: The Wrath was originally called The Wraith, but there was already a Wraith and his creator/owner Michael T Gilbert heard about it, complained, and the name was changed before publication.
