ARTIST BART SEARS SIGNS 2-YEAR EXCLUSIVE WITH DC COMICS
Bart Sears, acclaimed artist of Captain America and the Falcon and former Art Director for Crossgen, has signed a 2-year exclusive agreement with DC Comics.
"I've been away a long time, and it feels great to be back at DC, where I started with JUSTICE LEAGUE EUROPE," says Sears. "I really like pencilling and inking my own work, and that's what this exclusive gives me, as well as the chance to do some writing in the future, which I'm looking forward to."

"We're very happy to have Bart Sears back with DC, and we're excited to see him apply his skills as both an artist and a designer on projects including BATMAN: LEGENDS OF THE DARK KNIGHT and the upcoming WARLORD series," says Dan DiDio, VP - Executive Editor, DCU. Not that I'm a fan of internet ad-hominy, but sweet crap the only thing he didn't do during his sabotage-tastic "acclaimed" run on Captain American & The Falcon was write PRIEST SUX on every damn page he drew. Unless Priest actually wrote direction in his script like - "The SCARLET WITCH, in a jumpsuit, stands against the wall, arms crossed. Bart - make her look like a Russian bodybuilder. I mean super-butch roid-tastic dump-truckin' HAWT. And make her look MEAN, too. Real damn surly. Like she just got kicked in her new nards."
