That comic reminds me of how stupidly the missing Clark Kent subplot was resolved during the Death of Superman (which I've only read in NOVEL form by Roger Stern).

He was thankfully sealed in an underground gym where he could stay ripped and muscled to perfection. Presumably the headlines next day were "VAINEST MAN IN METROPOLIS FOUND ALIVE".

Does the judge look like Luthor to anyone else? The prosecutor is clearly Lightning Lord in glasses. Look at his scheming face.
