I can't decide...

is this something really cool that I need, or should quit acting like an impuslive 10 year-old everytime I go to the comic shop?

Haha! I can't tell you how long I stood staring at this in the comic store the other day. I want it so bad.

Ha. Normally I don't go in for that sort of thing, but I did get a set of Preacher figures for my girlfriend's birthday and I did contemplate getting one of The Drummer from Planetary in the store the other day.

I also have a lego Han Solo in lego carbonite guarded by a lego Boba Fett on my desk.

Waitwaitwait...your girlfriend likes Preacher figures?

Or you get presents on your girlfriend's birthday?

Both of these scenarios boggle the mind.

Yeah, she loves them. Put them in her cubicle. She's much more of an action figure type person than me, she's got a ton of X-Men, a handful of Matrix ones, perhaps a couple Invisibles, and a selection of Deanna Trois.

ALL toys are a must have, I am a 24 year old girl who has more action figures that any 10 year old boy! I started my own store so that I could offer the option for people to act like 10 year olds, In short you are never too old for toys, simple pleasures my man, simple pleasures!

A toy store owner who thinks that "ALL toys are a must have" ...hmmmm...

I don't know, dude. The Green Lantern looks like he's on his way to a swinger's fancy dress party. And sure he looks cool in the picture but unless the doll can actually shoot beams of light out of it's toy ring, I'd say it's not worth it.

You went out and got it, didn't you?

Personally, I like figurines like this.

Naw, I actually can't really be bothered with collectibles. I think they're awesome, and if I had a house or something, maybe I'd get some and create lush dioramas with them, but they cost too much and take up too much space.
