I really am sad that the overly emo teenage dude lipsynching this song was taken off of Youtube because it was HILARIOUS

not that the song isn't funny without it, oh Cranberries and your overwrought inappropriate melodrama combined with your stupid stupid lyrics

aero likes to talk about how Sisters of Mercy became terrible when they started releasing albums; I maintain that they became different and that this moody, atmopsheric, thumping song is a fantastic example of why they shouldn't be written off. I still rate this over a good 50% of the early Sisterhood material.

most of this stuff seems to me to be about submerging yourself in stasis so that the initial adrenaline rush washes over you in continuous waves mixed in with shifting into a mindset where you are really focusing on minute shifts in the pattern sequencing rather than the overall structure, which can come across very easily as two measures of drum pattern repeated for 10 minutes

Like Cockatoos
The Kiss
One More Time
The Snakepit
Just Like Heaven
How Beautiful You Are...
If Only Tonight We Could Sleep
Torture
Hot Hot Hot!!!
The Perfect Girl
All I Want
Why Can't I Be You?
Icing Sugar
Fight
Catch
Shiver and Shake
Hey You!!!
A Thousand Hours
