The first appears to be a design group... I can't seem to find the artist's name anywhere, but their website is here. A strange mix of pop culture, anime, realism, kung-fu movie posters...
The second is my favorite, Yuichi Miyakawa. Don't check the comics section, but the gallery looks great. I can't help but buy a ton of postcards of his work whenever I walk by his booth.
