Intricate drawings of Aeon's Costume?

I am new to Aeon Flux and aside from the series and shorts being mind blowing, Aeon herself is pretty kick ass. I am interested in constructing a costume for Halloween perhaps (or other distractions) and would like to know where to find stills from a variety of angles. I don't want to do the movie costume but rather the original. I believe there are a few variations on the original as well. I may need to put on some nude dance tights for public consumption but I do want the full-on thong. I would also like to construct a "key", so a drawing of that would be helpful as well. If anyone out there has already atempted this I would love some helpful hits. I played a sociopathic dominatrix/terrorist in a recent play so I think I can pull off the attitude to go with the outfit...I'll certainly give it a kick ass try *wink*. Thanks, Jennifer.

Jennifer I can email you some model sheets.
(But you must promise to post photos.)

Also, I'm currently re-designing Aeon's look once again, for the proposed new animated version. When it's OK to start releasing images, I'll let you know.

Thank you Barb for your links...it is nice to see real life versions of the costume. Peter, two things...1) I would LOVE to see model sheets of Aeon, you can email them to me at jenniferbarclay@hotmail.com and 2) When do you think you can send the redesign photos? I will wait for them if they are coming soon but I want to start thinking about the key, the boots, and the metal knee pads as these elements will be difficult. I may consult some of my costume designer friends from theatre. As far as photos go...but of course. Except that I don't know how to post photo's on this site but details, details...I will figure it out :D Jennifer.

Wow, looking forward to seeing the redesign. I wonder if a change in Aeon's hairstyle is in order? Would people still recognize her, or is it her hair that defines her for the people who just caught her flipping channels in the 90's? I bet it'd be a fun challenge to completely redesign her look, while keeping it familiar enough not to confuse people.

Is there a definitive AEon costume? I have now counted 4 black variations not to mention her other clothes. I like the more detailed ones. I like the bikini top with the gaps and then just the collar and shoulder pads versus the full jacket top that starts at her midriff but this one is seen more. I guess I'm interested in the redesign in the same sense as Matt...What is the definitive, essential Aeon look? By the way Matt, I looked at your photos...I love the fish faces and the thumbs...I would love to see Tokyo one day. Jennifer.

Oh god, I hope her hair doesn't change.

Thanks, Jennifer. I still don't get the deal with the thumbs, one of Japan's mysteries, I guess.

Actually, I'd like to see her hair change. I'd like to see her change as much as possible, in fact, without losing her essence. Aeon is sort of the embodiment of change and freedom, and if a badass supernatural force like that can't get a new hairstyle, what is the world coming to?
