Check out this well-done piece of fan art I stumbled across...

You know Matt, this thing is just beautiful. But is it from the movie?
I was going to post some fan art I had 'saved' from a sale on Ebay once of Aeon, done with pencil and airbrush, but I guess I don't have it anymore.

It's funny how much good fan art Aeon Flux has inspired. There sure are a lot of great artists out there.

That is Michelle Rodriguez. She was originally casted for the first go at the movie. Sadly I like this picture alot better than anything that has been released for the new upcoming feature so far.

Speaking of, who wants to see Sithandra (Scafandra??)

I dunno, I like the muted, simple quality of the stuff for the movie... It's what I think of when I think of Aeon Flux, not the shadowy goth look that some people (like the makers of that fan art) seem to go for.

Thanks for the new pic... did you notice the ever-so-slight upward flair of the tips of Aeon's hair?

Hey, yeah... they are kind of getting some of the Flux-ish hair there, more so than the other pics I've seen. That's pleasing, horray...

I don't know why, but for some reason, this pic sort of gave me the feeling that Charlize might be able to pull of Aeon's personality pretty well. The whole kind of "I don't need your help" part of her. Ha, I don't know, it just popped into my mind, what does anyone else think about that?

I think she'll do a pretty good job acting this one out. I didn't even recognize her in Monster--I guess that's a compliment!?
