New DVD box set - no closed captioning!

Why why why is there no closed-captioning or subtitles for the hearing-impaired on this boxed set?? Is there a way to convince them to release it with subtitles? Whom should I contact?

I felt VERY handicapped the day I bought the set and found that it was not for people who have imperfect hearing. I watched the show on Liquid Television and I am so disappointed that I won't be able to hear all the dialogue with the help of captions.

This type of thing should not be happening with today's technology.

Heh a lot of the times the captioning isn't correct anyhow. I dunno about you, but when dvds don't have that english subtitle options on the dvd i set the tv to captioning it often times works. ;o)
