In an AF community I moderate over on LJ, we asked Peter some questions, and he came out guns blazing and mind running!

Great interview, very long and informative, thanks!

This is the most interesting interview, which of there are many when Peter talks (good name for a book Peter). You have a wonderful mind.

I love the thoughts on Marnie, I guess we should all know why her horse was named Forio.

Another one I forgot about:
(Done before the movie release-- note the optimistic tone)

I liked the post-movie pessimism of the first interview, the willingness to shout at the reader, and the contents were nicely revealing. Peter, I know you like us to get the ideas on our own (and I do agree it's the most interesting way, having watched and thought about the show since it aired). But I'm glad that you feel it's okay to spill the beans a little now, even if you might feel it's cheating. I really enjoyed your opinions on Aeon and Trevor's relationship.

And thanks for the second interview, too. It was worth it just for "James fucking Cameron!"... hehe. And I had no idea that even he would have been shut out of his own franchise. (Well, you're right, the studio's franchise.)

For people who want to guess which well-known live action movie franchise I'll be doing an animated film for next, the clues are all contained in the two links above. It's pretty much confirmed at this point.

Sorry if I'm poking at something everybody's well understood, but did Mr. Chung have a script writing role in Reign: The Conqueror? It has the feel of his touch, other then the beautiful character designs of course, and people seem to always tie it to him on a creational stand point, but the credits only appear to link him to character creation.

I liked that Morphizm interview, that's probably the loosest interview I've read so far. I must be stupid though, because I can't figure out what this recent adaptation is that Mr. Chung is working on.

I had no part in writing the original Japanese scripts, which are based on a series of novels based on Alexander's life. I did take part in writing dialogue for the English adaptation for the first four episodes, as well as casting and voice directing. I worked with Jack Fletcher on the recording. Mark Mars helped with writing dialogue. I wish I could remember the other writer's name who also contributed-- he got the classical tone perfectly. We cast John Lee, Denise Poirier and Julia Fletcher in principal roles, so there is a bit of an AF vibe going on. Episodes 5-13 were adapted without my involvement.

I wonder...could you be working on a "Terminator" series??? *giddy at the thought*

That would rock! If anyone could breathe some new like into Mr. Cameron's sci-fi classic, you'd be my pick Mr. Chung.

Speaking of Cameron, is anyone else as excited about his "Battle Angel" project as I am? Any thoughts on this Peter? Love to hear them.
