Hello all, long time lurker, 2nd time poster (over the last 5 years???)
I went shopping at Hot Topic this afternoon in search of nothing in particular, then I exclained aloud, and did a double take when I saw a brand new Aeon Flux t-shirt on their enormous wall of t-shirts.
It's a reproduction of the cover of the first Aeon video, silked screened in a weathered sort of look. and here it is:

$20 is a little steep (tho the norm these days), but I sure kicked myself a few times for not trying to find a shirt back when the show was still on the air.
By the way, I'm very happy for Peter and company for the green light on new Aeon Flux episodes, as well as happy for all the fans like myself! Aeon is more relevant than ever!
another new Aeon Flux *product* available which I've not seen much mention of is the Sony Playstation2 videogame Aeon Flux.
I really think this game really would appeal to the long time fans of the animated show as it was specially developed to bridge the gap for design and character between the show and the film.
While the character Sithandra retains her altered name, the developers used her exact original design from the show, red-jump suit, wrap sunglasses, etc, and either used the original voice actress, or found a great imitator to do her lines.
The scenes in which Aeon (portrayed as Charlize T.) meets up with Sithandra, their mission is to do a border run, very very similar to how its depicted in A Last Time For Everything.
While the original turrets and spiked walls are absent, the general look of that no-man's (or woman's) land between Monica and Bregna, broken stone and twisted metal rubble are reasonably reminiscent.
Also making an appearance is Una (as Aeon's sister???), also rendered in the outfit she wears in Isthmus Crypticus.
Call me out of the loop, but was Una always written as Aeon's sister?
Aeon wears a number of the outfits seen in the movie and her primary foes are the Breen guards, of which are rendered in the same, as well as other similar outfits and helmets as from the animated show. Those very distinct, emphasized shoulder decorations, slitty orangish helmets and blue/yellow uniforms. Those guards are actually one of my favorite designs from the animated show...
Lastly, the way Aeon moves in the game is very fast and fluid and acrobatic, also similar to the show. Her FUG looks different, but it's physics seem similar in terms of it firing mechanism speed, grapple hook attachment, and interchangable ammo types, explodng bullets, shockwave bullets.
So, if you were holding off from getting this game, it is actually very enjoyable, and a more sincere homage to the TV show. I actually just bought the PS2 system recently (used), and Aeon Flux was the first game I bought. I took a risk buying it with very little research, I'm plesantly surprised.
I'm not advertising for Sony, mind you, I actually don't care for them much as they've secretly embedded destructive spyware on their CD products that can damage your home computer, as well as violate your privacy...
cheers

THANK YOU! I probably wouldn't own an Aeon Flux shirt if you hadn't pointed it out. I ordered mine right away.
The game's pretty fun too, actually. I enjoyed it a lot, but the whole time I wanted to see Aeon instead of Charlize. The game was obviously intended for fans of the TV show (yeah, they added in Oren - but Trevor still looked and acted the same, unlike in the movie) so it was strange to NOT see a 3-D Denise Poirer-voiced Aeon. At the very least I thought they could have made an unlockable outfit of the infamous one from series... maybe Charlize Theron didn't like that idea.
Still liked her in the movie though.

one month passes...
"At the very least I thought they could have made an unlockable outfit of the infamous one from series"
They totally dropped the ball for not including that. There are numerous unlockable outfits, just like the developers previous game bloodrayne. But no original Aeon suit?! They should have had both of them :)
Mabey it had to do with charlize being feature mapped for the character and aeons outfit not looking right on charlizes face and body (it really wouldn't, they would need to replace the character model also). But they did include some nice touches for fans from the show like Aeons "whip" sounds when she moves.
There's also Pax Corpus, which would have been the original Aeon game. The game blows, but it has some very interesting CGI cutscenes that barely disguise the aeon roots of the project.
