which incarnation of the Move? I like the earlier Beatlesy stuff though it's a bit frou-frou but I LOVE the Roy Wood/Jeff Lynne edition of the band. Shazam!, Looking On and Message From The Country are HEAVY rock cut w/orchestrated pop like some wierd cross between Black Sabbath & ELO. Basically where Cheap Trick copped their whole shtick (that's a compliment)

I only know The Move from "Do Ya" (which I adore). Maybe I should look more closely...but I never seem to get my ass to a REAL rekkid store (ie not a lame chain one). Maybe I'll make the effort before booze-up tonight.

Yeah, well, I have NO IDEA why I thought some national music service would have the Bats/Pylon/Orange Juice/Pernice Bros/Richard Hell/Go-Betweens/Jonathan Richman or more than a cursory assortment of Kinks and it's pretty lame that I couldn't think of anything else, but I was like two-thirds in the bag!
