Yeah you can see everything on Con Ed's website. Former roomie is probably trying to delay until his next paycheck or something.

i closed out my con ed account two days ago. i don't know if i can still log in, as i don't have my old account number with me. this is just obnoxious thing #945834543 he has done and i'm just frustrated because i've asked him for money for the past 4 billing cycles and he just keeps not paying me. i asked him to his face and he just completely blanked me!

i mean, he was leaving his AC on 24 hours a day, did he not think the electric bill would be higher!??!

yea, i am going to take the last electric bill out of roommates deposit.
