dark sun was tedious because it was overpowered! practically every character had death strikes AND magic AND psionics?!?

hands-down best campaign setting, unfortunately it was past my roleplaying time

the power in dark sun was supposed to be offset w/the hostility of the surroundings and the general difficulty of the monsters as well as the scarcity of good equipment but it really w/d&d it depends on the dm

i just found it kindof a lame setting idk, fuck deserts

they were supposed to bring back ravenloft for 4e but i dont think that ever happened, ravenloft seems like a p sweet campaign setting tho

fuck deserts, naw, an "arabian adventures" campaign setting would be great if done in DUNE stylee (not AL-QADIM or whatever that princess jasmine garbage was)

but yeah, the whole D&D meets GAMMA WORLD thing is garbage, just play GAMMA WORLD

overpowered settings are beyond the dumbest things ever

i want to rest in secluded glens and not have to worry about how much all the water i have to carry weighs or else end up in HEAVY LOAD and then i lose my DEX bonus to AC and cant even kill a single centipede swarm
