hello
i recently started an auction on ebay were i wasselling my USED copy of the z-rock hawaii album:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=307&item=4025254970&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW
this morning, the label, nipp guitar, emailed me andinformed that i was somehow using 'copyrighted images'from their website to sell my USED COPY of their cd.they also told me that i was unauthorized to sell thiscd, which is hilarious, because they are basicllytelling me that its illegal to sell cds that are orwere put out by other labels, EVEN IF THEY WERE USEDCOPIES!
they also threatened to take action against me. whatmakes this situation that much infuriating is thatwithin hours of the email which they sent me, tellingme to desist from selling the cd, they set up theirown little auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=307&item=4025811980&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW
please note the RIDICULOUSLY HIGH BUY-IT-NOW price!$40 fucking dollars! IS THIS FUCKED UP OR WHAT? innipp guitar world, i am not allowed to sell a usedcopy of their cd for cheap, but they are allowed tojack up their own prices by 2 fold! i bought my copyfrom them for $20 3 years ago. now that they arerunning low, they are charging TWICE as much. fuckthese arrogant pricks! they have the balls to claimthat by not purchasing from them, you are notsupporting the bands, WHAT A LOAD OF SHIT! i wouldlove to see how they send ween and the boredoms allthose extra $20 bills they are getting. dont supportthese fucking bastards.

Long-time lurker/bore fan, first time poster. Here's my dillema w/r/t yamamoto'stzadik releases:
I'm a journalist working in the Mideast, where there's a fairly comprehensive boycottlevied against jewish-themed or produced products. So, as you might surmise, a labelwith a hebrew character for a logo isn't going to have any of its releases find their wayinto the record stores.
Nevertheless, I'm gripped with the need to hear these two Yamamoto albums. I'll pickthem up in the US when I go back for the end-of-year holidays (along with the newVOORE record, and how about that?), but that seems like such a long ways away.
