In honor of Black History Month, the noise board is going to ONLY talk about music made by people of African ethnic orgin, or other ethnicities dwelling in the content of Africa (Arabs for example). Moderators are to delete with EXTREME PREJUDICE any posts in the month of Feb pertaining to music not fitting with the above guidelines.
