Dude, when I fry chicken, I use 1/2 flour + spice mixture, 1/2 bread crumbs, and I use like 2 tablespoons or so of BROWN SUGAR too. And for the egg wash, I mix 1 egg + 1 squirtle of milk + 1 swish of beer.
