I lost my glasses yesterday. I'm wearing my back-up pair which sucks.

more concerned about social security card. also had in there unlimited monthly metro card (loss compounded by the fact that i normally keep it in my front pocket, while my wallet is in the back.) also about $100 cash (grocery money.)

if you bought your metrocard with a credit card you can call and get them to refund the prorated amount that was left on it.

I used to have this horrible habit of leaving my atm card in the atm machine. I now have replaced this with leaving my keys in my front door.

Don't feel too bad, Ian, I lost my wallet once in the ocean. I was all panicking, calling the credit card people, and my mom's like "why are you so worried? it's not like Jabberjaw is going to know how to use a Discover Card!".

try losing brand new $$eyeglasses in the ocean like five minutes after you bought them. the depressing scene goes on for a few minutes until you realize, 'you know what?' -you aren't going to have any chance finding them you stupid sad fuck. makes you feel like sheriyln fenn and her hanndbrush in wild at heart for a few seconds.
