well, that's when it ends then. it's a contract. he has transferred a possessory estate to you until september 30th and he can't do shit about it, unless you want to arrange something with him.

not a rent control apt, btw. but regardless, this neighborhood has crazy rents, even compared with the rest of the city. they could prolly charge $1000 more per month for a space this size.

i understand your concern, but blogs by their very nature are linked/trackbacked everywhere. village voice doesn't charge to use their site, pataphysics doesn't charge to use their site, and i dont think there is a disclaimer on pataphysics about copyright, etc...

the most you could do is just ask them to take it down, and i'm sure they would consent.
