Eddytor's Dozen
Cute thread headline (courtesy somebody screen-named "yr mom") on I Love Music recently—"There are two kinds of people in the world: People who hate Wolf Eyes and liars." I kinda disagree, believing that said highly fashionable Michigan noise hypes and onetime Andrew W.K. cronies—not unlike many other turbulent acts plugged below—make fairly compelling if entirely meaningless elevator clatter that goes in one ear and out the other but often coalesces into unexpected hooks whilst passing through. But I still think yr mom's way funnier than all the lying Wolf Eyes fans whose thread headlines always aspire to be fake Boredoms song titles notable for spelling POOOP wrong.

and I love Chuck, but I don't really understand his constant use of pseudonyms on ILM. weird.

I love how Harvell googleproofs his pseudonym.

Your search - my grandpa is a douchebag who works at the village voice - did not match any documents.

Suggestions:
- Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
- Try different keywords.
- Try more general keywords.
- Try fewer keywords.

"It does seem to establish, as seems reasonable enough, that merely cutting an pasting the entire article from a site without "transforming" it in some way through value-added analysis is a copyright violation. The judge ruled that the fact that readers might post comments later did not change the initial character of the posting."

The relevant inquiry, however, "is not whether the sole motive of the use is monetary gain but whether the user stands to profit from exploitation of the copyrighted material without paying the customary price."  Harper & Row, supra, 471 U.S. at 562.[41]  Here, defendants and registered third-party visitors to the Free Republic site copy and post plaintiffs' news articles, which are then available to others visiting the site free of charge.  Since the general purpose of the site is to provide a forum where individuals can discuss current events and media coverage of them, posting copies of plaintiffs' articles assists in attracting viewers to the site.  This in turn enhances defendants' ability to solicit donations and generate goodwill for their operation and Robinson's other business.
